1. How much does delivery cost?

Since this is the sale of digital online products in the form of videos, there are no delivery costs. 

2. How long does the activation take? 

Access to the online media library is usually activated after 12 hours at the latest. In individual cases, activation can take up to 24 hours. If you have any questions in this regard, you can contact our service team here.

3. Do I have to register for an order in the shop?

4. What payment options are there? Is my payment safe?
